Delivery Policy
Orders are delivered via Nova Poshta. There are two delivery options available:
- Delivery to a Nova Poshta branch.
- Courier delivery to your door.
Estimated Delivery Time
- In Stock: 1 - 3 days after order confirmation.
- On Pre-Order: 3 - 21 days after order confirmation and payment.
Important Information
Cash on Delivery Payment:
- For orders over 5,000 UAH, a passport must be presented.
Package Inspection:
Upon receiving your order, please check:
- The number of packages (as specified in the transport invoice).
- The presence of all items in your order.
- The external condition of the goods.
If the packaging is damaged or the order is incomplete, do not accept or pay for the package. Instead, file a claim (damage report) and notify us by phone.
Shipping Fees
Delivery & Service Charges:
- Delivery is carried out according to Nova Poshta’s tariffs, and the buyer covers the shipping cost.
Cash on Delivery Charges:
- Delivery cost includes Nova Poshta's standard rates + 20 UAH (fixed transfer fee) + 2% of the order amount.
Attention!
Storage Period:
- Orders are stored at the transport company’s warehouse for a maximum of 5 business days.
- After this period, the order will be returned to the sender.
Order Pickup:
- The recipient must be the person specified in the transport declaration.
- A valid ID document is required for order collection.
Working Hours:
Orders with Nova Poshta delivery are processed according to the carrier's operating schedule, which can be found on the official Nova Poshta website.
