Personal Data

In compliance with the requirements of the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection," I consent to the processing of my personal data to ensure the implementation of civil-legal relations, the provision/receipt and execution of payments for purchased goods/services, including via credit financing. I do not object to the verification of information in relevant credit history bureaus to ascertain details regarding my fulfillment of obligations under contracts (including credit agreements), if applicable. I understand that the volume of information being verified may include data related to banking secrecy and that such verification will be comprehensive and sufficient to assess my social and financial status, solvency, and potential future financial liability, if necessary.

I also agree that the data controller has the right to provide access to and transfer my personal data to third parties without additional notifications, provided that the purpose of processing remains unchanged. This includes verifying the information provided in this application and, if necessary, transferring it to third parties for clarification. Third parties may include financial institutions, debt collection companies, mobile and postal service operators, and other individuals and/or legal entities.
